Brian the property manager is very knowledgeable and attentive to your needs as person and not just a customer. He didn't try to sell you anything you don't need, he didn't try to rush you into making a decision(like if you don't reserve this unit now it won't be available in 5 minutes) type thing, nor was there any pressure, and most of all he wasn't overly persistent like most of the people I dealt with at storage facilities. The property is clean and we'll maintained and price for the space is outstanding. Really all you have to do is see the property, have him quote you a rate, and this facility pretty much sells itself!

Amy at the NW 10th and Meridian location was on her game. Very prompt at calling me back, courteous and kind. It was such a breath of fresh air to get some good customer service... its been so long. Prices reasonable ( I priced all in my area and gouging is definitely happening right now). It was just NICE to have a good experience for once and good human interaction. on a scale of 1-10, I give it a 15.

I live just two miles away and it’s easy to run down the street to grab things or drop off more things. The customer service is great. Good communication and notifies immediately of any changes.

Place was very easy to sign up, facility was clean, staff was friendly. I rented a 5*10 unit, just wish there was a light in the storage.

I got on sparefoot thinking I was going to be spending a long time trying to find a good deal. None of the places looked like they had 24 hour acccess which I need as I store film equipment. I found this American Self Storage just to get the stuff out of the car (I couldn't see out windows, just moved here from San Antonio). I told the manager I'd just be staying temp until I could find what I needed. Then she blew my mind. Not only did she give me 24 hour access, but offered to up me to the same size unit I have in San Antonio for less money when I get the rest of the equipment. This was WAY more than I expected, and because of her friendly attitude, her willingness to work with me, I think I will be at this location a long time. The truly great thing is she lives on site, so there is always someone on site if you have any needs. The location could not be better allowing me to get my stuff and get to set on time every time. I know i'm going to be staying at this company for quite a while for my storage needs (barring needing to move again.)

Well worth the transfer. Came from another facility charging twice the monthly rate. Had a security gate, fence and good lighting .... best if all an ON-SITE manager (whom I add was amazing with customer interactions)!!
